Description
Don’t get confused just because it’s hard to know which of the untold number of AR accessories are best for your purpose. Your instructor, Master Gunsmith Sgt. Mark Foster, has over 30 years of gunsmithing experience.
He is also a 20 year veteran of the Sheriff’s Department where he is the Chief Armorer and Training Officer. He shows you many examples of triggers, grips, optics, lights, rails, barrels, stocks, muzzle brakes, compensators, flash-hiders, sights, handguards, gas systems and more. For each category he outlines what works well, tells you what to avoid, and explains why. His daily field experience combined with his armorer experience working on fellow officers weapons gives him practical knowledge regarding the reliability and functionality of each of these options.
After reviewing the accessories thoroughly, Mark builds a variety of mission-oriented AR’s and reviews what he chose for each and why. For example, he tailors the AR for: CQB, general hunting, SWAT, 3-gun, varmint hunting, home defense, plinking, and zombie killing, just to name a few. After watching this course you will be able to design and build your own ultimate AR. Mark also discusses and shows some of the tools needed for changing barrels and handguards, but more importantly, demonstrates step-by-step how to change a barrel and install a free-floating handguard.
AGI’s instructors are all Certified Master Gunsmiths. At AGI, we adhere to the belief that you must fully understand how a firearm is designed to work before you can make any attempt to clean or repair it. AGI instructional videos provide you with this knowledge.
